Admission Procedure

1. Eligibility

2. Register for Admission Test

Parents wishing to admit a child should visit us for admission test

Parents should visit us and get complete information about fee and other details. When they agree to our schedule charges, the office staff will conduct a test according to syllabi for the concerned class.
Admission test does not in any way confirm or guarantee admission. It is subject to getting through an interview and availability of the seat.
The final authority to approve and finalize admissions resides with the Principal. The Principal’s decision will be final and irrevocable in all cases.
The admission test is a confidential aspect of the school, so parents and students are not allowed to take it home for review or completion.

3. Admission Test

Our assessment process is combined with tests in written by child and interview of parents

Nursery – PREP

An informal individual assessment test is taken written combined with an interview with both the parents. Generally, the reading level of a child, the vocabulary and concepts of colours and numbers are assessed. In addition, the confidence of the child, and other skills are taken into consideration.

Grade-1 to Onward

Application for Grade-1 to 5 are tested in three subjects – English, Urdu, Mathematics.
Grade-6 & 7 are tested in four subjects – English, Urdu, Mathematics and Science.
For class Pre-Nine, Nine & Ten along with these subjects, all science subjects and optional subjects will be examined.
The passing percentage is 80%. Duration of each paper is approximately 30 minutes.
For the written test, the child should come properly equipped with necessary stationary.
The papers are not set from any specific textbooks or syllabus but are of a general nature designed to test the aptitude of the child in the basic subjects.
The test paper is not shown to anyone and only marks are communicated to the parents / guardians.
A candidate caught cheating during the admission test will be rejected.

The office staff will notify the parents as soon as the test is evaluated, after which the Principal will initiate the recommendation process.

In all cases, merit is the sole criterion for admission. The decision of the school cannot be challenged in any way and will be final.

4. Admission Formalities

Parents are bound to fulfill all admission formalities.

1. Parents fill in the admission form and pay the schedule of charges.

2. The documents to be attached with the Admission Form include:

A photocopy of Provisional Certificate and Character Certificate from last institution attended
2 recent passport size photographs
Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate / Form-B
Report card from last school assessment

3. Test and interview with both the parents.

4. Result is finalized within a few hours of the test & discussed with parents.

5. Parents are given the admission fee bill, payable by a certain due date.

6. The following fees are payable:

C	Annual Charges	Will be charged once in a year

7. On receipt of paid fee bill, parents are referred to the school shop for purchasing:

Fee is subject to annual review.
Family packages are available in selected schools.
Application forms are available at the school office and should be filled by the office staff.

Rules of Payment

Fees are charged for all twelve months of the year.
Parents have the option to pay the fee for the whole year as a lump sum.
The fees payable for the period of the summer vacation are paid in advance and prior to closure.
Parents must pay the fees by 5th of every month.
Fees paid after the due date is subject to a surcharge.
If the tuition fee has not been paid by the end of the month, the student is automatically withdrawn.

4. Success
