Our teachers are well-trained to educate and engage children using the latest teaching psychology and methods, supported by audio-visual aids. We provide a spacious, comfortable, and nurturing environment that is conducive to learning.
The teachers focus on the personality development of students, going beyond academics to nurture their personalities. Islamic manners are instilled in students, with teachers serving as role models, embodying morality, etiquette, and grace. The curriculum emphasizes creativity, fostering confidence, respect, honesty, and courage within the students as part of the Science Base School system.
Learning Nazra Quran is mandatory for all students from Prep to 5th Class. We organize training programs for Nazra teachers to enhance their skills. The Department of Quranic Studies has established a systematic process for quality assurance. We begin our Nazra Quran instruction with the Norani Para curriculum.
Our Hifz Ul Quran section is known as the Hazrat Abubakar Siddique (R.A) Islamic Centre. Our Hifz program is designed for exceptionally talented students only and is free of sectarianism. Hifz-Ul-Quran is completed without the use of physical punishment. Students also study a short syllabus of English, Urdu, Maths & Science during their Hifz journey, and once they complete, they transition to the 9th class to prepare for their Matric exams.
The training workshops conducted by the SBS Teachers Training Sector primarily take place on Fridays. These workshops are designed for both in-service and pre-service teachers. During the summer vacation, we offer summer training programs and refresher courses for our teachers. To ensure quality, we acquire the services of highly qualified and experienced trainers.
Co-curricular activities play a significant role in our academic program. Many of our students have achieved success in various sports at the national level, and we have also secured numerous positions at the BISE level and private organizations as well. We engage national-level sportsmen to train and mentor our students. Our Annual Sports Day, held every year, where we celebrate these achievements and award prizes to the participants of the sports day competitions.
Creative writing is a fundamental aspect of our teaching methodology. Our first-grade students are capable of writing essays, and we discourage cramming and rote memorization in exams.
To foster familiarity with Islam and enhance students’ understanding of Deen, we teach Tarjuma Quran, making it easier for them to grasp Muslim values and norms.
At Science Base School, our motto is ‘Your Success is Our Goal.’ To achieve this, we strive to address students’ challenges and academic needs. We believe that both parents and teachers play vital roles in supporting students, and their collaboration is essential for understanding these challenges. To facilitate this, we organize parent-teacher meetings where they can share strategies and plans with one another.
Science Base School offers free medical and oral hygiene check-up facilities to ensure that health issues do not interfere with students’ education. We believe that a healthy body has a healthy mind, which is why we organize comprehensive oral and medical check-ups every three months, conducted by qualified BDS surgeons and MBBS doctors.
